We understand that buying things online sometimes does not go as planned. Hazel Boutique gladly accepts returns for online store credit or exchange only. We can only accept unworn items within 21 days from your original purchase date.
- If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or an exchange.
- After we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed.
- Once your return has been processed, a store credit will be issued to your account and sent via email.
PRODUCT NOTES
- All of our Hazel Bracelets are made to order and are subject to a three week preorder. Choosing express shipping does not expedite the custom making process for the item, only the shipping process once the item is ready.
- Any damaged Hazel Bracelets can be exchanged within one month of the purchase date with a receipt present. There is a $15.00 replacement fee for each bracelet.
- Our Hazel Sweatshirts are ONE SIZE unless noted. Please read the description located next to each product carefully.
- We suggest washing any merchandise on COLD with clear detergent and hang dry only. We are not responsible for any items damaged when washed / worn.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Hazel Boutique only offers store credit for returns or exchanges.
- All Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales are final sale. No exceptions.
- All holiday apparel is final sale.
- All items posted on sale or purchased with a discount code are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
Sale Items, Hats, Swimwear, Intimates, Jewelry, Vintage, and Hazel Home
HOLIDAY POLICY
Our holiday return policy goes into effect starting December 2nd. Purchases made after this date will be eligible for return with receipt, as long as the item was not on sale and a discount code was not applied. The extension date for holiday returns will end on January 8th.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
